Job summary

Granite seeks a Relationship Development Manager National Account Representative to drive revenue growth across large enterprise and national accounts by identifying opportunities and delivering comprehensive solutions across Granite’s full product and services portfolio.

You will grow and manage a portfolio of major accounts, develop tailored solutions, and lead multi-site sales cycles from discovery to close, with travel as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of large enterprise and national accounts
• Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities within assigned territory
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across enterprise organizations
• Lead discovery, develop tailored solutions, and present proposals and implementation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions
• Position and sell Granite’s full product suite and services
• Manage complex, multi-site sales cycles from opportunity through close
• Travel as required to support customer engagements

Required Qualifications

Compensation Range

Base of $65,000-$75,000 plus Monthly Commissions plan with a Quarterly Bonus
