Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of cash-handling and customer-service experience.
• Banking or retail financial-services experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with banking systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and professional service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately.
• Educate customers on digital tools and assist with referrals to Personal Bankers.
• Support branch sales goals through relationship-building and follow-up.
• Maintain compliance with security, regulatory requirements, and data privacy.
