Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales, lead management, and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission with friendly, professional, solution oriented service.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and educate customers, cross-selling to meet financial needs.
• Present a confident, professional demeanor to establish trust and identify customer needs.
• Meet with customers for financial needs assessments, maximize sales, open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loans.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Meet service standards; oversee sales referrals and coach branch staff.
• Process customer transactions accurately using teller tech; balance cash drawer and operate equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller; manage cash levels, currency/coin orders, and distribution.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
• Report significant issues to management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to the bank's code of conduct and policies.
