Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to be the welcoming face of the branch and trusted partner for clients in Seattle. You will help clients confidently navigate their financial lives, build lasting relationships, and drive adoption of banking products and digital tools.

Role emphasizes exceptional service, accurate transactions, and cross-functional referrals across lending and investment services.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Engage clients with exceptional service and support a wide range of sales and service activities.
Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments).
Balance cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling.
Consult with clients to understand needs and introduce banking products and digital tools.
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and refer to Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services.
Proactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve concerns, and gather feedback.
Schedule appointments to identify needs, provide solutions, and support financial success.
Open and maintain accounts and resolve issues in compliance with policies.
Support branch lending by answering questions, completing applications, and preparing documentation.
