Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients, including volunteering, education, or military experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills—concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and judgment in decision making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and serving as the first point of contact for inquiries, issues, and referrals.
• Delivers hospitality-driven, relationship-based client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Engages in proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Ensures compliant, risk-aware outcomes while adhering to TD’s policies and procedures.
