Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests under $250K and cross-sell related products.
• Build referrals through COIs and the MGM program.
• Grow the small business client and implement sales plans.
• Deliver client services via outbound/inbound calls to deepen relationships.
• Provide coaching to Tellers and branch staff on products and referrals.
• Educate clients on services and digital channels to uncover opportunities and present financial solutions.
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies, standards and procedures.
