Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Business-related college classes or degree preferred.
• Good math skills, 10-key and keyboarding; Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI and Outlook.
• Smartphone and digital-channel skills; strong organizational and analytical abilities; excellent communication.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and consumer deposit and loan relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and deepen existing relationships.
• Assist clients with banking needs and onboarding.
• Navigate WaFd systems and demonstrate digital/self-service options.
• Support branch operations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
