Responsibilities include handling transactions, opening/closing accounts, referrals to specialists, and collaborating with branches to ensure accurate, timely service; travel to training locations as required and a focus on teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Internal product knowledge, teller, and platform training preferred.
• Ability to attend a 5–7-day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience in the lobby.
• Process everyday banking transactions and routine inquiries; open/close accounts and support wire transfers.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve customer issues with timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage branch appointments and customer flow to minimize wait times.
• Collaborate with branch teams to refer customers to specialists when needed.
