Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree desirable or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Engages existing customers and prospects with needs-based assessments to identify opportunities.
• Advises customers on financial solutions and preferred banking channels; recommends tailored lending, investing, and everyday banking options.
• Promotes digital and self-serve options to simplify banking for customers.
• Facilitates customer transactions and contributes to branch and market team goals.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management processes; protects customer assets.
