Formación

• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with NMLS as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with policies and risk standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent, tailored interactions.
• Provide guidance on mortgage products and residential lending as applicable.
• Uphold TD’s code of conduct and protect client and bank information.
