Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent, with a post-secondary degree desirable.
• Knowledge of personal banking, lending products, and small business solutions.
• Experience in consultative sales and delivering customer-centric banking advice.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage existing customers and prospects with needs-based assessments to grow loyalty.
• Advise on banking solutions including everyday banking, lending, home financing, and investments where applicable.
• Guide customers to digital and self-serve options to simplify banking and enhance experience.
• Process and complete lending and banking transactions while ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships through proactive outreach and collaboration with branch teams.
