Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Provide needs-based assessments and recommend tailored financial solutions (banking, lending, investments).
• Advise clients on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
• Support customer transactions and collaborate with branch teams and partners to deliver the desired experience.
• Make credit recommendations for personal lending transactions, including home financing, following policy and risk guidelines.
