Job summary

Canyon-View-Credit-Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative (Banker/Teller) in Utah to provide exceptional member service, process transactions, and educate members on loans and CU resources. You will build relationships, achieve sales/service goals, and uphold compliance.

Hours are 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Mon–Fri with some Saturdays; pay is $18.75/hr with DOE and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
6+ months experience building customer relationships and offering sales and solutions.
Proficient with standard office machinery and software.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
Previous cash handling, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with members to identify needs and offer best financial solutions.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wire transfers, and other transactions accurately.
Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to meet member goals.
Make outbound calls for onboarding, relationship building, and sales.
Develop and maintain member relationships for elevated service and satisfaction.
Complete daily tasks timely and help achieve branch goals and MDI targets.
Greet members professionally and use their name during transactions.
Maintain strong knowledge of all Credit Union products and services.
Examine checks for hold requirements and compliance.
