Job summary

KeyBank in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Personal Banker who will engage clients to understand their financial needs, open accounts, and deliver tailored solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor in person and by phone, guiding customers toward appropriate products while upholding strong service standards and compliance.

As part of the branch team, you’ll develop relationships with existing clients and attract new ones, collaborate with partners, and participate in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Sales experience is valued over financial services experience.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Open personal and small business accounts and guide clients to relevant products.
• Deliver proactive financial wellness recommendations during in-person and phone conversations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with Teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and daily debriefs.
