Responsibilities:
  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, ATM).
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions.
  • Have in-depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities.
  • Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
  • Build relationships to meet financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to laws and regulations.
  • Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow knowledge and network.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results focus.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services, knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • Sales experience with individual sales goals in a salary plus incentive environment.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, administration, finance).
