The Difference You Make:

As a Relationship Banker, you serve as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals. Your responsibilities include providing tailored solutions for banking, lending, and investment products while delivering exceptional customer service. You will proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling services, resolve issues, and educate them on digital banking tools. Collaboration with team members to drive branch sales targets and contribute to the bank's overall success is essential. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting the bank’s growth objectives.

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and cross-selling banking products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
  • Meet the financial needs of customers, including transactions, servicing, and product offerings.
  • Ensure an elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless, and attentive service.
  • Foster customer loyalty by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
  • Engage customers through digital platforms to enhance interactions and educate on self-service options.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, or via digital channels.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk and fraud defense.
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch goals and improve overall performance.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Business Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in sales or financial services; or 12+ months in retail banking sales with proven success.
  • Customer service experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Relationship-building skills, customer-centric attitude, and proven sales record.
  • Excellent communication and digital proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a team, follow policies, and manage multiple priorities.

It Would Be Nice For You To Have:

  • Established work history or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

The salary range is from $38,250 to $59,000 annually, depending on skills and experience. Benefits information is available on our website.
