Qualifications

• NMLS registration as per SAFÉ Act and Reg Z; ongoing compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years in retail banking or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to understand banking needs.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Originate and close consumer loans and open/close accounts.
• Assess and attend to customers' banking needs with tailored financial solutions.
