Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• Two years retail banking experience as teller or customer contact/sales.
• One year opening new accounts, sales and operations preferred.
• Supervisory and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and process transactions accurately.
• Open, maintain and close accounts; guide daily teller operations.
• Coach tellers on sales/referrals and meet goals weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager on sales and service operations.
• Balance vault cash, ATM, and branch totals; oversee cash audits.
• Ensure security procedures and confidentiality; handle customer inquiries.
