ADP, Inc. in Granite City, IL is seeking a full-time Relationship Teller I-III to provide superior client service, sell bank products, and maintain branch operations. The role requires 40 hours per week, including Saturday mornings, and offers a competitive hourly wage.

The job supports teller transactions, balance inquiries, and account openings while aligning with Bank policies and procedures. Previous banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Banking experience preferred (2+ years).
• Client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes all Teller duties, including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks and loan payments.
• Makes good judgment calls on client issues.
• Introduce and sell bank products to clients and prospects.
• Answers the phone and handles client inquiries.
• Prospect new clients via outbound calls, mail, or email.
• Logs client calls in bank software.
• Meets performance goals and completes sales training.
• Attends departmental meetings and presentations.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to dress code.
• Reports to work punctually.
