The role emphasizes proactive outreach, cross-selling of everyday banking and lending products, and adapting to market needs across multiple branches and channels to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers.
• Lead needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Engage customers to complete assessments and recommend tailored banking solutions.
• Promote digital/self-serve options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support customer transactions and build relationships across channels.
