Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization.
• Experience in retail sales or telemarketing with proven sales results.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized.
• Proven leadership or supervisory ability.
• Proficiency in daily operational procedures.
• Notary training completed if applicable.
• NMLS registration obtained.
• Completion of Univest University Supervisor Certificate Program and Coaching for Performance Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller and platform transactions promptly and accurately.
• Adhere to procedures and corporate customer service guidelines.
• Operate required technology and supervise teller operations.
• Develop cross-sell opportunities and relationships with partners.
• Lead branch activities, development and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Univest Code of Conduct.
• Manage staff performance and coaching.
