Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service tools such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop deep client relationships, understanding their financial and life priorities, and connect them to suitable solutions.
