Role Description

This position involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service tools like mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. Responsibilities include accurately processing cash transactions and having meaningful conversations to understand and meet clients' financial and life goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  2. Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs.
  3. Follow established processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  4. Expand business knowledge through partnerships in small business, lending, and investments.
  5. Manage traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  6. Enhance the client experience.
  7. Handle cash responsibilities efficiently.
