Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships and expand and retain existing relationships by proactively identifying opportunities leveraging the portfolio management process.
• Play key role in Relationship Management and Sales Process and Risk Management.
• Reach out to clients to follow up from previous interactions to progress development plans.
• Develop understanding and knowledge of Business Banking products and services.
• Evaluate financing requests and submit loan packages.
• Research and provide industry knowledge.
• Explain processes and products clearly (interest expenses, amortization, mortgage, etc.).
• Attend community networking events.
• Develop Centers of Influence relationships for referrals.
• Cross-sell to business owners with branch partners.
• Promote compliance and risk controls and support bank policies.
• Maintain internal controls and respond to audit findings.
