Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers and prospects to identify needs and grow loyalty
- Perform needs assessments to tailor financial solutions (retail banking, lending, investments)
- Advise on digital/self-serve options to simplify banking
- Support customer transactions and channel engagement
- Build new relationships through community outreach and appointments
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and risk controls
