Qualifications

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Confident with use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments to grow loyalty.
• Identify financial solutions across banking channels and tailor recommendations.
• Advise on digital/self-serve options to streamline banking experiences.
• Support customer transactions and respond to inquiries efficiently and compliantly.
• Build new relationships and appointments within the community to grow BMO's business.
• Apply risk management framework to protect assets and ensure lending quality.
• Proactively understand customer needs and integrate marketing programs into conversations.
• Ensure accurate data entry and lending policy compliance.
• Collaborate within branch and market teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
