Qualifications

• Typically between 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• US: This position acts as an originator of consumer loans per applicable regulations; a federal registration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice on financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments and recommends tailored solutions for banking, lending, and investments.
• Promotes digital/self-serve options and guides customers to convenient channels.
• Takes initiative to grow business by reaching out, scheduling appointments, and building relationships in the community.
