Job summary

Orange County's Federal Credit Union in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a Relationship/Personal Banker/MSR to blend service, sales, and problem-solving as a trusted financial partner guiding members through their journeys.

You will open new accounts, process teller transactions, and proactively recommend products. Mandarin fluency is preferred, with a schedule including Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–6:30 PM and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent banking or credit union experience.
• 2+ years cross-selling and referring financial products.
• Mandarin fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teller transactions with accuracy and care.
• Open new accounts and guide members through consumer loan applications.
• Proactively recommend products and services that fit member needs.
• Resolve questions with a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
