Qualifications

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Engage customers to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels.
• Offer guidance on digital/self-serve options to simplify banking.
• Support customer transactions based on customer traffic.
• Grow BMO’s business by building new relationships within the community.
• Apply risk management framework to protect assets and ensure compliance.
• Make credit recommendations for personal lending including home financing.
• Collaborate within branch and market teams to deliver customer experience.
