You will identify customer needs, advise on everyday banking, investments, lending, and home financing solutions, and drive loyalty through proactive engagement and tailored recommendations.

You will work with branch and partner teams to ensure accurate data, compliant lending practices, and a seamless customer experience while growing relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree desirable
• Lending qualifications and designations
• Experience in financial services is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of personal banking and small business solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities
• Advise on banking channels and tailored financial solutions (everyday banking, investments, lending, home financing)
• Promote digital/self-serve options to customers
• Engage customers to schedule appointments and build new relationships in the community
• Ensure accurate data entry and lending recommendations compliant with policies and regulations
• Apply risk management framework to protect assets and maintain portfolio quality
• Act as a consumer loan originator with adherence to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with branch teams and partners to deliver customer experience and business outcomes
