• Lending qualifications and designations are appropriate
• Strong knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions
• Experience in financial services is an asset
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with focus on personal customer experience
