BMO Financial Group is seeking a customer-focused banking professional in the United States to lead needs-based conversations and identify financial solutions across personal lending, everyday banking, and small business services.

You will engage customers across branches and channels to tailor advice, manage risk, and collaborate with partners to deliver an exceptional experience while complying with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field desirable.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a focus on personal customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead proactive engagement with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Engage customers in needs assessments to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels.
• Provide advice on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking for customers.
• Support customer transactions and drive relationship growth within the community.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and lending policies.
