You will educate customers on digital options, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with branch teams to meet sales and service goals, protecting assets and maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lending qualifications and designations are appropriate for the jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Ability to engage customers and deliver a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Advise on financial solutions—retail investments, lending, home financing, business solutions.
• Promote digital and self-serve options to simplify banking for customers.
