Wintrust is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker to build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using financial knowledge to tailor product and service solutions across our community banking network in Chicago and surrounding areas.

You will open and maintain accounts, assist customers with digital products, and coordinate with Mortgage and Wealth Management teams to address complex needs, while upholding strong risk controls and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsabilités

• Building lasting relationships with customers, discovering their financial needs and tailoring product and service recommendations
• Collaborating with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers to experts who can help with specialized needs
• Operating a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby/drive-up
• Opening accounts, performing account maintenance and assisting customers with digital products
• Recognizing potential fraud and other risks
• Depending on the shift, you might be responsible for bank opening/closing
