Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in related field desirable or equivalent education/experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages existing customers and prospects with needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Advises on financial solutions across everyday banking, lending, home financing, and small business products.
• Promotes digital/self-serve options to simplify banking for customers.
• Builds new relationships by reaching out and scheduling appointments in the community.
• Adheres to risk, compliance, and privacy standards to protect customer assets.
