Job Responsibilities:

  1. Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  2. Accurately and efficiently processes cash transactions for clients as needed.
  3. Has deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connects them to solutions that meet their financial goals.
  4. Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence.
  5. Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  6. Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  8. Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  9. Drives the client experience.
  10. Manages cash responsibilities.
