• May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers by identifying needs and educating them about banking products.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver a tailored sales presentation to customers.
• Take loan applications, close loans, and refer mortgages to internal partners.
• Promote services across departments and participate in community activities to increase market awareness.
• Provide teller services and balance cash drawer; support daily branch operations.
• Adhere to company policies and assist in opening/closing procedures.
• Analyze risks in customer transactions and escalate suspicious activity as needed.
• Participate in internal audits to ensure policy compliance and customer service standards.
