Horizon Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding service, open new accounts, process transactions, and proactively help customers meet their financial goals. You will originate deposits and loans while promoting our product suite and maintaining deep product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in banking or sales, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment; Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
• 1+ years of banking, payment processing, or professional sales preferred.
• Strong sales initiative and the ability to develop lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to captivate and inspire.
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical computations and computer literacy.
