Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED & 2+ years of client engagement in sales/service.
• Agility, teamwork and flexibility to adapt to different locations and environments.
• Same-day travel to multiple work locations within designated area.
• Banking experience (teller/platform/relationship banking) preferred.
• Demonstrated consultative client conversations, uncovering needs and recommending products.
• Strong communication to diverse client populations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Judgment and problem-solving in client-facing and operational scenarios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar technologies.
• Complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, personalized client experiences through meaningful discovery.
• Serve as primary point for client concerns; resolve end-to-end when possible.
• Lead client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth for the bank location.
• Balance client needs with risk and compliance requirements in interactions.
• Bring TD's brand and client strategy to life in every interaction.
• Follow compliance and AML standards; document accurately and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth referrals and execution.
• Maintain knowledge of TD's products, services and financial positioning.
• Travel within designated area to cover multiple work sites as required.
• Adhere to TD's Code of Conduct and ethical standards.
