Qualifications

• 1-3 years in retail banking with college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of computers and typing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily banking needs including deposits and withdrawals.
• Build and enhance customer relationships by addressing issues and offering solutions.
• Explain products and services to help customers choose the best options.
• Guide customers through account opening and application processes and set expectations.
• Promote mortgage and home equity products and assist with related inquiries.
• Maintain a neat, secure work area and protect confidential records.
