You will provide exceptional customer service on the teller line and over the phone, handling transactions and identifying customer needs. The role emphasizes building relationships and guiding customers toward Regions’ digital solutions.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work Saturdays. You will support branch operations, meet targets, and may reach out to customers to introduce technology offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and through phone interactions.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Support branch team and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Follow bank policies, manage risks, and support branch goals.
• Possibly conduct outbound calls to educate on technology and banking solutions.
