Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
• One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and by phone.
• Process transactions and assist with customer inquiries and servicing requests.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about customer banking needs.
• Educate customers on standard products and digital solutions.
• Support team with tasks to resolve customer issues and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements and manage operational risks.
• Help achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Possibly conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and banking options.
