Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by executing transactions with precision and a friendly demeanor.
• Handle customer calls professionally and empathetically.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain funds within limits.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs.
• Count and balance cash and coins, and prepare deposits for vault.
• Assist in onboarding and training of Banking Services Associates.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and applicable laws.
