U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships by meeting customers face to face, assessing needs, educating on deposit and loan products, and recommending financial solutions.

Ideal candidates will have NMLS registration, a high school diploma, 4–5+ years of retail banking experience, strong communication, cash handling, and the ability to teach customers to use digital tools. We offer competitive benefits and an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, plus ongoing compliance with all legal/regulatory requirements including a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four to five or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide the best possible counsel.
• Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open/close the branch.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and educate clients on deposits and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on each customer’s goals and needs.
