Qualifications

• Experience with and knowledge of digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Provide guidance on deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
