Responsibilities

• Grow existing relationships and acquire new ones via consistent sales, lead management, and proactive cross-selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission, offering friendly, professional, solution-oriented service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of bank products and services, educating customers and cross-selling to meet financial needs.
• Present a confident, professional demeanor to establish trust, identify needs, and recommend financial solutions.
• Meet with customers to assess financial needs, maximize sales, open accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loans.
• Demonstrate and promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Meet customer expectations and service standards; assist with sales referrals and mentor branch staff.
• Process transactions accurately using technology; balance cash drawer and operate teller equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller, managing currency/coin orders and distribution within limits.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives and programs.
• Report significant matters to management while maintaining knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to the bank's code of conduct and all policies and procedures.
