Columbia Bank is hiring a Personal Banker in Ponderay, Idaho. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, identify client needs, and offer tailored banking products and services while expanding relationships and supporting lending opportunities.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, assisting clients with inquiries, and coordinating with internal partners. Onsite location with competitive pay and growth opportunities within a diverse, supportive team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.
• Proficient in expanding the client relationship with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional client experience by acknowledging clients and offering appropriate products and services.
• Engage clients in financial reviews to provide solutions and uncover needs.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Support the branch goal of referring bank products to internal partners.
• Resolve client issues with proactive follow-through.
• Build familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities.
