Job summary

C&N is seeking a Personal Banker to build lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized financial solutions. You will help clients open accounts, explore lending options, and navigate digital banking services while supporting branch initiatives and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2–4 years in customer service (banking preferred) with strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. NMLS certification within a year is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2–4 years in a customer service setting, preferably banking.
• NMLS certification within 1 year of employment is recommended.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to explain products clearly and guide customers through financial options.

Responsibilities

• Open consumer and business deposit accounts and assist with digital banking solutions.
• Identify lending opportunities and guide customers through the lending process.
• Support branch business development by building community relationships and seeking referral opportunities.
• Provide teller support and ensure branch operations comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
