Job summary

Responsibilities

• Share and promote the bank’s full range of resources to customers.
• Meet individual goals through in-person and outbound activities.
• Assist customers with opening/closing accounts and ensure BSA and CIP compliance.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and support branch loan portfolios.
• Refer customers to partner teams (small business, mortgage, advisory) as needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and accurate service.
• Process teller transactions in a positive, accurate, professional manner.
• Support other branches within the market as needed.
