Location and Training

This position is open to candidates across the entire market. The specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. Training will occur at one financial center, with potential relocation to nearby locations within a reasonable commuting distance, as permitted by law.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately process cash transactions and conduct deep conversations to understand client financial and life priorities.
  • Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote operational excellence and uphold risk culture.
  • Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and adhere to laws and regulations.
  • Expand business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Enhance the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
